Hailing from the tight-knit community of Sanger, California, she developed a strong sense of pride for her roots. In 2020, Angelica graduated with a Sociology undergraduate degree from Fresno State, followed by a master's degree in Higher Education Administration and Leadership (HEAL) in 2023. Her journey is fueled by a deep commitment to student success and growth, with a genuine enthusiasm for fostering a sense of belonging, Angelica is eager to contribute to the growth of the UC Merced community.
