You can complete your reservation request for a room managed by OSL, including the Granite Pass Conference Rooms: 162, 167A, 170, 171, 172, the Granite Pass Multi Purpose Room 103. Glacier Point Recreation/Gaming Room 115, the Wallace-Dutra Amphitheater, and Tri-College 1 (off-campus at Merced College).
Reservations for OSL rooms, excluding the Wallace-Dutra Amphitheather, can begin to be made the 15th before the start of each semester for that specific semester. The Wallace-Dutra Amphitheater can be reserved up to six months in advance.
For any requests outside of the Office of Student Life's normal buisness hours, please contact the OSL Front Desk to discuss additional options.
