Tabling Options
There are a couple of options regarding tabling at this years fair. Each vendor will have a basic 10 foot X 10 foot area to set up displays and promotional materials. UC Merced will provide one 6 foot table and 2 chairs for each vendor. We suggest you bring a source for shade since most of the space are not in the shard, we also recommend you bring weights for your canopies since we often have a nice breeze. If you are providing food sample you have two options: 1. Purchase the food through a restaurant or business with a current health and business permit (We can not hand out home made food). Often candy, whole fruits or other individually wrapped or prepackaged food fall under this category. 2. Providing food samples that are provided by your own business and prepared off campus. For this event food prepared on site is NOT ALLOWED. You will also need to provide a current Health and business license.
Please either attach your current Food/Health Permit if you are serving food. You may also email it to jgreenwood@ucmerced.edu or mail it to: Jim Greenwood Office of Student Life UC Merced 5200 N. Lake Rd. Merced, CA 95343 Your Food/Health permit MUST BE RECEIVED by September 2, 2013!
